Car Parking

There are numerous parking options awaiting drivers at Frankfurt Airport (FRA). The facility offers a wide-range of car parking options, and these include underground and multi-storey car parking areas.
Parking charges are paid at automatic payment machines, by cash or credit card, and these are situated in the entrance to the airport's parking areas. Rates are applied at a sliding-scale, with discounts for whole days and weeks.
Short-Stay
Short-stay car parking is available direction outside the terminal buildings. These parking spaces are restricted to short periods only and this is strictly enforced.
Terminal 1
Terminal 1 car parking is available at Frankfurt Airport and is situated close to the Terminal 1 building. The parking areas can be accessed by entrances P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5 and these are well sign posted. These car parking areas are connected to the airport via covered walkways and corridors.
Terminal 2
Terminal 2 car parking is situated close to the Terminal 2 building. The parking areas can be accessed by entrances P8 and P9, and these are well sign posted, being connected to the airport via covered walkways and corridors.
Disabled
Spaces are reserved for disabled passengers with the relevant parking permits in all of the car parking areas, including some to the right Terminal 1 by departures and also in the Terminal 2 underground parking area. These disabled car parking spaces are often close to walkways, with wheelchair access, and airport transportation where possible. These disabled car parking spaces are clearly labelled in the car parks. Disabled passengers can park in front of the terminal buildings for free, although the parking periods are limited.
Car Parking for Large Vehicles
Car parking for large vehicles is available at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) in car parking area P6. This area can accommodate coaches, buses, large cars and car with trailers. The entrance is situated on the road into the Terminal 1 area.
